Swallows Oast - Originally built in the 1830's, Swallows Oast is situated at Gibbs Reed Farm in the heart of rural Sussex. It was converted to a banqueting hall in 1995, and the character created by the sandstone & wooden structure evokes a medieval atmosphere - ideal for banquets, weddings, special occasions and even conferences.

The Great Barn - This listed Kentish Barn in Rolvenden is available for private hire for weddings and parties. The fine barn dating from the 18th century forms part of a range of traditional brick and timber farm buildings last used for agriculture in the mid-1980s.  The Great Barn is full of character in a rural situation and is a magnificent venue in which clients can create their own distinctive event.
