As well as the most joyful day of participants lives, weddings can also be some of the most stressful - certainly for those organising them. Sally and I have planned and organised over 20,000 events over the last 11 years and when you do it that often you learn a thing or two! For each of our clients, of course, it's a once in a lifetime event and we understand how important it is to get it absolutely right.
We suggest that you come and talk to us, as early on in the planning process as possible, so we can bring our experinece to bear on your event and make sure everything possible is taken into consideration. We're happy to have joint meetings with your other event companies, or we can agree with you what you want and then organise the whole event for you.
Usually smaller events than weddings, but no less important for all that. Numbers are generally smaller and the forward planning process can be shorter. What doesn't change is the need for complete attention to detail and a meticulous planning process to make sure everything goes well. The budget may be smaller than for a wedding, but we take them just as seriously. A dissapointing party can be just as upsetting as a badly organised wedding!
Often held in company premises, or with marquees linked to office buildings these events require very tight budget control and cooperation with a committee of staff chosen to manage the event. Discretion and tact along with imagaination and flair are what is required for these events. Flexibility and rapid response to last minute changes can make all the difference.
We work closely with all our other event partners and are very happy to supply any of our equipment to fellow hire outfits. Inevitably our direct clients with prior bookings take priority, but we frequently hire out our equipment, when available, at remarkably short notice.
