Our family run event hire company provides you with everything you need for any and every event. Planning

Please contact us by telephone or email if you would like a free site visit and a face to face discussion about how we can help perfect your event. 

Changing

If you're using a caterer, they may change the china and equipment order for you. This change will be dependent on the event's catering needs. 

Marquees and furniture requests can be altered before the event. However, this is subject to availability.

Delivery

Once the quote has been accepted, the order will be processed by our team. Your chosen delivery date may be subject to slight alteration, especially in the Summer season. However, the delivery date will always be one that is comfortably before the event. The confirmed delivery date will be provided to you via your chosen source of communication.

If you wish to have a specific time of delivery please give us a call and we will do our best to honour AM/PM delivery requests.

Marquees on the other hand are usually erected a few days prior to the event at an agreed date. We do this to ensure that all furniture, decorations, table placements and personal touches are comfortably completed well before the day of the event. 

About the service

Meeting and exceeding our client needs, desires and expectations have always and will always be our main priority. 

We only use premium quality marquees because we know that only the finest quality will produce a perfect event. Our marquees have been designed and produced with a German locking mechanism that ensures the event will not be disturbed by rattling noises that is often experienced when using cheaper marquees

We personally selected our china  following the recommendations provided to us by our catering partners. The china was specifically chosen to ensure that heat was retained for longer, and that each piece of china could be cleaned more thoroughly.  

Our cotton table cloths were handpicked by us as they have just enough man-made fibres to give them added drape, suppleness and strength to withstand very hot deep cleaning. They sit on tables that lock together so there’s no flex or swaying, a common problem with cheaper varieties. 

Our china and cutlery are packed in bags after cleaning so they are protected from dirt and damage, ensuring that all equipment is kept in pristine condition.

It’s the combination of our professional expertise and personal strive for perfection that produces the finest service that will meet your event needs, desires and our service will exceed your expectations.
